Edward F. Sparkowski
CFP®, CIC
Ed Sparkowski brings over 27 years of financial services industry experience to the leadership role at Diversified. In addition to his general management duties, Ed serves as the company’s chief financial consultant and executive director of business development.
Ed began his financial services career as a financial counselor with CIGNA Individual Financial Services. He undertook his first executive role as Vice President of Sales for Diversified Individual Brokerage Inc. in 1986, managing a broad scope of life and health insurance products for both commercial and individual accounts.
Ed expanded his leadership expertise as President & CEO of Benefits Planning Inc., directing comprehensive start-up and business development operations for the life and health insurance marketer. Later serving as Vice President, Director of Financial Services for Litchfield Insurance Group, he continued to build his reputation as a proven and respected insurance solutions expert.
Prior to rejoining Diversified in 2012, Ed served as Regional Director and Divisional Vice President for MONY / AXA Partners. Ed is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC). He is a licensed broker for life, health and variable annuities products, and holds NASD licenses 6, 7, 22, 24, 63 and 65.
Trevor Saunders
CFP® , CLU, ChFC
Trevor Saunders serves as Diversified’s VP of sales and brokerage manager. Building on a solid foundation of small business management experience, Trevor honed his insurance and financial service expertise with AXA; first in the underwriting department, then moving to the position of National Account Manager where he developed and improved the carrier relationships with several distinguished marketing organizations.
Trevor is a graduate of the AXA Group Management Program, jointly conducted by the Wharton School of Business and AXA University, and holds certifications as a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from The American College. He is a licensed broker for life, health and variable annuities products, and holds NASD licenses 6, and 63. Trevor joined Diversified as a valued member of the firm’s sales and management team in 2012.
